most obvious option is to recruit using your usual preferred method - perhaps
advertising in the newspaper or on-line - including details of the language skills
requirement in the job requirements. There are however specialist resources which
can support the recruitment of staff with language skills.

Jobs is the job site for people with languages. It is free to use for employers
and jobseekers, and maintained by CILT, the National Centre for Languages and
its Regional Language Networks. Employers can search the database UK-wide for
candidates matching their exact requirements. |
